Educating Youth

Winter Youth Empowerment and Community Outreach Programmes has become a recognised event amongst the local schools, surrounding informal areas and the various community organisations

Developing Leaders

One of The Cape Heritage Museum’s main objectives is to expose our youth and future young leaders of today to the unedited history of the Cape, by encouraging, inspiring, and educating them through this meticulously curated art exhibition.

Exploring Vibrant Cultures

In narrating the unedited history of the Cape, The Cape Heritage Museum also explores the vibrant cultures of District Six and Bo-Kaap.

Exhibition Location

The exhibition will be staged within the Chapel Basement Rooms in the zone as highlighted in red on the locality layout as illustrated on the sketch on the right. The Cape Heritage Museum has a private collection in excess of one thousand Cape Malay paintings, artifacts, photographs, and relics, which will be exhibited at the allocated space at the Castle of Good Hope.
